You could go to the gym four times a week to lose calories. But you can also stay in shape without having to intensive training and, most importantly, have fun! Here are 20 ways to burn calories!
 

1. Dance !
 

Invite friends over, put on some music and dance or simply at the discotheque.  By moving to the rhythm of the music for an hour, you will lose 250 calories.

2. Gym and the after-gym ... under the duvet !


Go to
the nearest gym. Take a half hour of exercise. That's 100 calories lost ! And then, go under the sheets with Honey for a sex session half an hour. And hop ! Another 100 calories lost !
