Dr D’Adamo’s research has proven that each blood type has a different reaction to nutrients.
 
There are certain foods that a blood type “B” should eat and should avoid. The same goes for all the different blood types out there. Many people have had great results and found a new way to eat and stay healthy according to their blood types.
 
I visited Dr. D’Adamo’s web site www.dadamo.com/ and found a multitude of recipes for different blood types. It’s also free info people! The choices knocked me out, I’m a “B” blood type and I’m not supposed to eat chicken, I should eat turkey instead. Thousands of people read his book and are now leading a healthier life, although if you have a lot of weight to loose, you may want to include these principles with another diet and an exercise plan.
 
I think that this diet will get you to loose weight, but it sounds more like the kind of diet that you follow in order to maintain a healthy way of life. None the less I love the dynamics behind this diet and it makes a lot of sense to me.
 
But, as always, I’m curious and would be delighted to receive your comments on this one. Web facts are nice but it’s always interesting to get it from the horse’s mouth. So if one of you already tried this one or if you are following it right now, let me know!
