This is another supplement that is getting good revues due to its ingredients. As we go along here, doesn’t it seem that all fat burners and appetite suppressants are pretty much the same? The ingredients are similar for probably the exception of one that differentiates it from the others. I’ll list the ingredients and I’ll let you be the judge.
 
It contains: Green Tea, Citrus Aurantium, to elevate basal metabolic rate; Cotinus and Quercetin, who are supposed to increase the effects of Green Tea and Citrus Aurantium; Calcium Pyruvate, supports weight loss; Coenzyme Q10, for cardiovascular health; Glucomannan, a water soluble fiber that acts as appetite suppressant.

Chromium Polynicotinate, regulates insulin levels; Atractylodes and Astragalus, to strengthen the immune system; Ginseng, to stabilize the metabolism; Chinese Thoroughwax (Bupleurum), Gardenia, and Balloon Flower (Platycodon), to aid digestion and reduce bloating; Licorice Root, promotes adrenal gland function; Dong Quai, for hormone function maintenance as well as improve circulation; and Vitamins B6 and C.
 
Technically, it’s supposed to trick the body into burning fat, and is recommended with a diet and exercise plan. It’s seems to be efficient, although the reviews are mitigated. I’ll let our readers decide and let me know. I have mixed feelings about Bio Slim and am eager to hear from you.
